Roles and Responsibilities –
- To inform clients by explaining product and their features and subscription information.
- To ensure that all clients have the best possible experience of our product.
- To respond and resolve online queries received via e-mail and social media.
- To be a pro-active member of the Product support team and support all calls.
- To handle and resolve complaints relating to product support in a professional and effective manner.
- Conduct training sessions for end users on various modules and features of the Definedge Products.
- Provide excellent Client support in a proactive, timely and efficient manner.
- Co-ordinate with Technical team in case of any technical or connectivity issues.
- Create documentation/quick help for new feature releases.

SEO Administrator
Experience required : 3+ years
Job description –
- On-page & off-page optimization for our websites
- Carrying out detailed keyword research according to the latest SEO trends.
- Review & optimize both new / existing content to enhance
- Develop effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and drive conversions.
- Suggest content & website-related suggestions to improve search engine visibility, website SEO hygiene and improve results
- Stay updated with latest SEO trends, algorithm updates and best practices and suggest improvements to our website
- Suggest technical SEO optimizations and resolve any website-related issues affecting organic search performance
- Track, analyze, and create timely reports on key SEO metrics and campaign performance
- Actively provide suggestions for blog topics based on industry trends and SEO best practices
- Research and recommend new SEO/ASO/YouTube SEO strategies, Internet marketing and advertising technologies, and current Internet trends
- Make Monthly “Plan of Action” for the SEO campaigns
- Development, design, and implementation of multiple Interactive SEO/ASO/YouTube SEO plans and strategies
Requirement:-
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience working as an SEO manager
- Thorough understanding of tools such as GA4, GTM, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Studio, Google Webmaster, semrush, and Ahrefs
- Experience in ON Page, Off Page, Technical SEO
- Proven track record in driving successful SEO projects
- Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems.
- PPC experience will be a bonus
